The Plaza

On Thanksgiving Day we had a quiet lunch at home and then went to the Plaza in Kansas City and watched the Lighting Ceremony and Fireworks Show. David Cook (Kansas City's American Idol) flipped the switch. It was a lot of fun. We decided to stay at the Plaza and eat dinner at a Mexican Restaurant called Baja 600. It was a wonderful day.

Build a Bear

Before we left Branson we took Emily to Build A Bear so she could build Hal and Holly Moose. She was so excited to make them and pick out what clothes and shoes they would wear. She hasn't done anything without those animals since we got them. We even had to take them on the car ride to preschool this morning.

Trick or Treating

Here are a few pictures before I took Emily Trick or Treating. Phil had school so he wasn't able to go this year. Phil did take her to our neighbors house so he could at least be at the first house she went to. We walked around our neighborhood for about an hour and then sat on the front porch and passed out candy. She had a ball. This morning when she woke up the first thing she asked was if she could go trick or treating again today.
